If you'd like to return your jewellery, you're welcome to do so free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply contact us to initiate your return and we'll guide you through the process.

We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different piece, simply return your original item and place a new order for the one you'd like instead. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return, in line with our standard returns policy.
