Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all users who access biancamecweld.com. These terms apply to all transactions between users and Bianca Mecweld, as well as all visits to the site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — the most recent version will always be available on this page.

Delivery and Pricing All orders within the EU are shipped with VAT included in the price. For orders outside the EU, prices include VAT. Please note that any applicable local duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery.

VAT & Taxes VAT and applicable taxes are always included in the displayed price, for all countries. Additional import duties or taxes for non-EU countries are not covered by us.

Payment We accept payment by major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. Your card will be authorized for the full order amount upon completing your purchase. All transactions are processed via a secure connection. We do not store your card details. In the event of a return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Orders By placing an order on our site, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Please note that items in your cart are not reserved until your order is confirmed and you have received an order confirmation by email.

Order Confirmation You will receive an order confirmation by email within 24 hours of placing your order. If you have not received it within that time, please contact us.

Disclaimer We cannot guarantee that the site is free from errors in product descriptions, prices, measurements or images. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed based on incorrect information. We also reserve the right to decline any purchase at our discretion.

Force Majeure We shall not be liable for failure to fulfil our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, or failure of electricity or internet services.
